Where would our Pack be without it's Leaders?
The answer is there would be no Pack 166! The Boy Scouts of America
has strict guidelines that we as a Pack must abide by. If we do not
meet these guidelines then the Pack is no more. Every year in
December we Recharter the Pack with the Boy Scouts of America. If
you would like to know more about the rules we abide by check out
the Guide to Safe
Scouting. This is the rule book
that we as leaders must observe. It is something that every parent
should be aware of, regardless if you are a Leader or not.
The Boy Scouts of America takes great pride in the
quality of our adult leadership. Being a leader in the BSA is a
privilege, not a right. The quality of the program and the safety of
our youth members call for high-quality adult leaders.
For our new
Leaders you need to complete the Fast Start Leaders
Training. Please click on the link and complete this. You will
find information specific to your new job be it Tiger Leader, Den
Leader, Cubmaster etc. If you are an established leader you may want
to check it out anyway, things have changed this past
year!
On-line Youth
Protection training is now available.
If you want to
know where the Cubmaster gets some of his material check out
Baloo's
Bugle. It
has good information for Tiger, Wolf, Bear and Webelos leaders as
well.
To download
copies of Advancement reports and other forms go to our Paper Work page.

about our Leaders go to our Leaders contact page.

you just sit there."
