During our Cub Scout year, which mirrors the School year, we have several special events. These are opportunities for you and your son to come together and experience the joy of doing things together.

Outdoor Day Each year in November we hold a Pack event at Shepherd's Woods. We spend the afternoon experiencing the outdoors, learning about nature and having a blast. After our afternoon of fun we have a Pack meeting around the Campfire. Campfires are special events for our boys, we have more skits and songs than a regular Pack meeting. After the Pack meeting everyone is invited to Camp out! Don't worry if you don't have Camping gear, the Pack has enough equipment to share.

Pinewood Derby The highlight of the year for most boys and Dads is the Pinewood Derby. We hold ours in January of each year. For the latest information on the Derby including Rules, tips and building directions please visit our Pinewood Derby page.

Blue & Gold Banquet In February our Pack meeting is also our Blue and Gold Banquet. Scouting started in February so this is a celebration of Scouting's Birthday. We all eat, drink and have a lot of fun. This is the big night for our Second year Webelos as they receive their Arrow-of-Light and cross over to the Boy Scouts.

Mooresville Christmas Parade Every year, it is a tradition, that we participate in the Mooresville Christmas Parade. Pick up your Boys at the Scout Hut after the event. All boys are expected to be in uniform!

Catawba Science Camp-Ins 2006 These events are for Tigers, Wolfs, Bears and Webelos. Fun packed events from Friday evening till Saturday morning. Great opportunity for earning credits towards advancement. Download these flyers for more information. Tigers     Wolfs     Bears    Webelos
